Pesto Trapanese

6 garlic cloves
1tsp salt
Small bunch basil
100g ground almonds
50g roughly chopped almonds (for texture)
4 ripe tomatoes, skinned and chopped
125ml olive oil
Pepper

Whiz it all up in a food processor, pour onto hot pasta, serve. Delicious and quick. Amazingly garlicky
